What are the payment options?
We accept VISA/MASTER/AMEX/Alipay and PayNow via our online purchases.
**For Credit card and other platform (Alipay/Grab/Shopee) payments will incur a fee surcharge.

How much is the delivery fee?
Islandwide Delivery is FREE!
However if delivery fails due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the buyer. A re-delivery fee of $10 applies.
There will be an additional surcharge of $10 applicable for orders with delivery to Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road. Due to security regulations imposed on these areas, we may need to contact the recipient in advance to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.
We are unable to accept request for specific delivery timing (Example: 9 to 10am). Our delivery partners are entrusted with their finest knowledge to plan the route for best efficiency. Islandwide delivery is 10am to 8pm.
Do you deliver to overseas?
No, we only deliver our diaper cakes within Singapore.

When will orders be shipped?
We will ship the diaper cake within 3-5 working days.

All purchases made from www.lediapercakes.sg are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
LE Diaper Cakes is in no way obliged to send photos of the finished product to customers. We conduct quality checks to ensure diaper cakes are in good condition before sending them out. However we will try our best to do so if requested.
All diaper cakes are curated based on stock availability,
LE Diaper Cakes reserves the rights to replace the particular items whenever it is out of stock or obsolete by supplier.
